The monograph deals with the conceptual bases of such concept as monitoring of subsoil use at local level – a new management tool for the State Subsoil Fund. By the example of a group of mineral deposits, the monitoring procedure was considered in the context of current regulatory framework. A formalized description (model) of the monitoring process, which was described in the monograph, may be the basis for the design and development of subsoil use monitoring at various levels. General composition and structure of information-analytical system that provides monitoring of subsoil use at site level was determined, as well as the description of its basic functional elements, their interaction with central database and elements of the ERP-system was completed.
