The conceptual principles of ideas about technogenic loess geoenergy have been justified, the variational and model determination of hydrogeomechanical resistance of loesses to the technogenic changes in their properties by moistening, mineralized waters, dynamic loads have been analytically described. The criterion range of the pre-shift potential of activation, variation coefficients of resistance and corrective factors, parameters of the protection method for buildings and parameters of the anti-migration screen for loess bases have been provided.
The material of the monograph will be useful for educational process when teaching such disciplines as Rock Mechanics, Soil Mechanics, Bases and Foundations, Engineering Structures, Engineering Geodynamics, Soil Science, and also for further development and improvement of the methods for protection of engineering structures on loess soils.
